Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Project Assistant. In this role, you will support one of our Florida clients and work out of their office in Bartow, FL.

How will you contribute to the team?

Facilitate the following Procurement Meetings:
- Longlist Meetings
- Consultant Interviews
- Consultant Presentations
- Scope Clarification Meetings
- Negotiations Meetings
- Facilitate general Marketing Meetings
- Attend and take minutes for weekly Selection Meetings
- Review consultant resumes and determine if staff is classified appropriately as outlined in FDOT Negotiation Handbook
- Validate payroll registers
- Review consultant submittals for responsiveness and complete necessary reports
- Complete Longlist Package and distribute as required
- Review TRC evaluation packages
- Complete Final Selection package and distribute as required
- Upload applicable files to FTP after selection
- Review fee sheets against negotiated man hours
- Other duties as deemed necessary
- Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
- B.S. in Business Administration (preferred but not required)
- 5 years experience in a business setting
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred but not required
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent writing skills and communication skills.
- Strong note taking skills.
- Microsoft Office expertise desired (Excel, Power point, Word)
- The ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.

Salary : $58,500 - $74,000
