Job Summary:
Serves as the Senior Logistics Analyst in support of government customer in Quantico, VA. Plans, develops, procures, and executes highly complex logistical support and acquisition functions. Coordinates and provides logistical analysis and assessment in the detail of the performance of engineering designs and specifications. Reviews cost impact, logistical requirements and evaluates engineering products’ technical merits per the acquisition and technical logistic requirements.

Other Duties:
- Providing input to budget and maintaining system for vendor payments
- Maintaining database and performing inventory, tracking, and managing transportation of products and services
- Monitoring industry standards, trends, and advising on product/process improvement
- Recommending improvements on cost distribution and product use
- Optimizing service levels, maintaining supply-chain efficiency, and reducing cost
- Applying analytics, and tools to understand, predict, and control operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 4 years’ experience performing logistics support analysis, planning and development
- Experience with Government Acquisition systems and programs
- Demonstrated experience in the management and tracking of materials and products
- Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a SAP or SCI environment highly desirable
- Strong recordkeeping in accordance with government standards and corporate policies
- Ability to interpret logistical data and translate to Business Executives
- Solid skills with Microsoft 365: Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Must be able to work independently and perform under minimal supervision
