We are currently searching for an Operations Administrative Assistant to be based out of Byesville, OH. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Byesville facility operations. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with project communication and documentation
- Facilitate communications and presentations for various meetings, roundtables, townhalls, etc.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and presentations to include: orientations, annual compliance, etc.
- Partner with Human Resources and Maintenance departments to lead facility improvement projects
- Manage employee engagement activities to include: luncheons, holiday celebrations, outreach initiatives, etc.
- Support various departments in administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with employee relations with a customer service mindset
- Support electronic Employee File Management system
- Assist with Talent Acquisition
- Prepare reports, matrices, presentations, and communications as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- HSD/GED, with 2-4 years' equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of, and experience with, lean manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work under minimal supervision , plan workload, and establish priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of the organization, both written and verbal
