· Oversee all Collections Department functions
· Work with other departments in the efficient processing of member complaints, requests and disputes.
· Manage staff to collect on delinquent accounts
· Monitor and update Policy and Procedures to insure compliance and adherence.
· Report to Management and Board on delinquent loan status, negative shares and charge offs.
· Manage staff so that they are in compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures
· Ensures department compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
· Manage all assets related to delinquent accounts and work with management to insure their liquidation
· Manage all activities related to delinquent and/or troubled accounts and make recommendations to management on their resolution
· Managed all the process of securing credit union collateral including monitoring force placed insurance.
· Manage resolution of credit disputes and settlements on charged of loans and shares
· Manage, review and approve the workout/modification of loans
· Provide support to inter- and intra-departmental staff as needed
Education and Skill Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 5-7 years’ financial institution experience with similar job functions
· At least 3 years’ experience with managing employees.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
