Hiring NOW for a Benefits Specialist! Join our great team as part of a global company based out of Malvern, PA. In tis role you will administer the company's benefits function, in collaboration with departmental team members, carriers, vendors, and business unit HR groups All qualified applicants encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Process all benefit invoices.
- Assist in promoting company wellness program.
- Participate in audits of division benefits programs to ensure compliance.
- Provide backup for payroll as needed.
- Support open enrollment including auditing of communications.
- Report the 401k and KEWAP amounts weekly
- Answer employee inquiries and benefits issues through email/phone.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience with benefits at corporate level
- Benefitfocus and UKG knowledge preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
- Associates degree or higher preferred
