Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Overview – Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to provide administrative and technical support in our Personal Lines Department. In this role, you will assist with client service, manage transactions related to personal lines accounts, and ensure compliance.
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000/year
Location: Providence, RI (Flexible within Massachusetts/Rhode Island)
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager:
- Administrative & Technical Support: Assist in managing personal lines insurance accounts and process related transactions.
- Client Service: Provide high-level customer support by handling client inquiries and resolving policy-related issues efficiently.
- Policy Processing: Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely policy management.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure proper policy placement and compliance with underwriting standards.
Qualifications for the Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager:
- Experience: 1 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Licensing: Producer License is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office products.
