Data Auditor and Administrator

Overview

Audit flight log pages to ensure SOX compliance and the validity of Company reporting functions; conduct monthly statistical close-out of flight data. Ensure AIMS data is consistent with information from completed log page. Audit and inventory monthly flight envelopes in compliance with FAA regulations.

Maintain daily data base to verify crew take-off and landing accuracy is in compliance with FAA regulations. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure flight information data in AIMS is complete and accurate upon review of flight log pages
• Support end-of-month flight data close-out by identifying or justifying anomalies in the data
• Receive and archive flight paperwork; ensure all documentation is submitted and readily accessible
• Daily emailing the Missing Log page report to out stations.
• Collaborate up with all Station Reps, Supervisors and/or Managers to reconcile missing aircraft log pages.
• Maintain European Union monthly fuel usage data
• Assist with additional tasks as required by the Department and Senior Director Express Ops

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of airline operations’ experience preferred
• Previous experience with data entry required
• Able to process large amounts of data quickly, accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Detail oriented with solid organizational and time management skill
• Appreciation and devotion to customer service
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with AIMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel spreadsheets and .pdf /.tif files;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High School diploma required / Some college preferred
