The Role
Reporting to the Inbound Logistics Supervisor of the Product Company Rock Hill, the Sequencing Team Lead's mission is to lead the sequencing area at our Logistics warehouse for Rock Hill Product Company as we continue to strive for excellence. Responsibilities:
* Manage the sequencing activities and the following of related procedures.
* Manage material handling team making sure employees are fairly treated and developed.
* Focus on best practices and processes and procedures when it comes to safely sequencing material according to CXS making sure that during the process material does not get damaged and is safely and properly packaged.
* Maintain accurate records of material sequenced
* Communicate effectively with other colleagues within the logistics team.
* Maintain compliance to safe work and quality compliance standards and practices.
* Maintain compliance with 5S/Lean manufacturing concepts/practices.

A starting salary of $19.50 per hour and up to $28.00 depending on your level of experience
You'll work on a 4 x 10 schedule (Monday to Thursday). Overtime available

What we ask of you:
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of related experience in logistics, manufacturing or distribution operations.
* Knowledge of material handling procedure
* Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude
* Strong Organization and people-oriented.
* Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office package.
* Effectively use computerized inventory systems. Knowledge of BPCS, CSX, WMS systems a plus.
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with logistics colleagues.
