As a Site Coordinator, you will respond to line halt calls, tool setups, diagnosis, and configuration of the tooling. You will also conduct preventative maintenance and maintain the calibration schedule of the tooling population, while working directly with the customer.
Site Coordinators keep customer service at the forefront and communicate with all levels of our internal organization and the customer's organization. Responding with a sense of urgency and ability to handle escalations directly with the customer are key parts of the position. Our ideal candidate will hold knowledge of servicing tools, torque theory, fastening knowledge, and basic electrical diagnostics.
You will report daily onsite to our customer's, Kia, manufacturing facility. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays may be required. As a full-time, direct Atlas Copco employee, you will earn $26.00 per hour and a full benefits package is offered.

What We Expect Of You
- A High School diploma or GED is required
- Experience performing QC verification of completed repairs
- 2 years of experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment or equivalent experience
- Torque theory and fastening knowledge with experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and electrical power tooling preferred
- Ability to read schematics and ensure quality evaluations, repairs and craftsmanship
- Equipment troubleshooting experience
- Superior Customer service experience
- Efficient in computer systems, such as MS Office, and networking/database experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
