Who You Are

• Must be able to supervise CF-SLP
• Master's in Speech and Language Pathology required.
• Possess or be eligible for Colorado Special Providers License with Speech Language Pathologist Endorsement.
• Candidate must be endorsed in the content area.
• Knowledge of Colorado Severity Rating Scale.
• Knowledge of augmentative communication devises.
• Completion of an approved program or willing to enroll/complete an approved program in speech pathology form an accredited institution of higher education
• Transcripts required.
• Criminal background check and District fingerprinting required.

What You’ll Do

• Works with K-12 students to prevent, screen, identify, assess, diagnose, refer, provide intervention
• Counsel students with, or who are at risk for, articulation, fluency, voice, language, communication, swallowing, and other related disabilities
• Will employ intervention strategies and support students throughout their learning cycles
• Advising and working with Atlas educators and administrators
• Ensures that students’ communication challenges are addressed holistically with an overall goal to not disrupt any learning

Essential Job Functions

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed.

Compensation & Schedule 

• $75,504- $88,898 annual salary 
• Monday – Friday; Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
