About the Role:
We are looking for local independent contractors (1099 position) to show properties and fill vacancies for single-family properties in our institutional rental portfolio.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage incoming leads
- Persuade prospects to view homes
- Perform in-person showings (if requested)
- Convert prospects to rental applications
What You Bring:
- Active Nevada real estate license
- Reliable vehicle
- Your own phone and computer with the ability to take photos, send and receive emails, and access general software programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Monday.com (project management site).
What You Get:
- Flat fee of $400 per lease signed for your converted leads
- Mileage and expenses will NOT be covered
