Real Estate Junior Acquisitions Specialist

We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time Real Estate Jr Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients

• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in cold calling or following up with clients, with a proven track record of success.
