The base pay range for this position is $40 to $45 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. This is a temp-to-perm assignment; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Conducting student hearing and vision screenings
- Educating students on hygiene and safety practices
- Dispensing prescription medications to students per physician instructions
- Verifying student vaccination records
- Taking students’ temperatures when fever is suspected
- Administering first aid and CPR
- Treating minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, and bruises
- Contacting parents when students are ill or injured
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse – New Jersey State Licensure
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors
- One year of nursing experience preferred
