Do you like working with your hands? Are you a go-getter with experience in production, and working with machines? Atlas Staffing is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for a great company in the manufacturing industry! This is a full-time, temp to hire position with opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities :
Work with a team to achieve quality, productivity, and company commit dates.
Follow work instructions and prints to identify show surfaces and quality call outs.
Inspect parts for damage.
Hang parts on a steel rack and conveyor line for painting
Operate spray booth and manual spray guns. (Auto line and batch booth)
Ensure correct paint is being used per BOM.
Perform quality checks, after cure to ensure parts are cured correctly
Maintains safe and clean work environment, be complying with the company’s 5’s procedures.
Requirements :
Ability work independently and be a self-starter
Dynamic standing for 8-10 hours per day
Previous production / painting experience
Positive attitude
Great work ethic
Outstanding record of attendance.
Consistent work history
Shift : Monday Friday, 6 : 00am 2 : 30pm
Wage : $18.00 / hour
