Atlas Staffing is hiring Truss Production Workers for a great company located in Pasco!

Objective : Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by building high quality trusses for residential and commercial construction.

Basic Function : Assist in the building of roof trusses and ensure a quality product is assembled.

Responsibilities :

Prepare for building by transferring wood from saws to building stations

Prepares for building by lifting wood into set-up

Affixes proper metal plate by hammering into place

Moves completed trusses onto roller by partnering with team to push trusses out of set-up onto roller.

Prepares trusses for delivery by stacking trusses in proper order, banding them together, and labeling trusses with appropriate job code.

Maintain clear work area throughout the day.

Requirements :

6 months production experience

Carpentry or wood shop classes a plus

Completion of high school diploma or GED

Skills / Abilities :

Ability to listen, take direction and learn

Basic math skills

Ability to read and utilize a tape measure

Work well with others in crew and be a team player

Display pride in workmanship

Reliable and dependable

Use safe work practices

Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds

Working Conditions :

Work in outdoor conditions

Exposure to excessive noise

OT as required

Wage : $20.00 / hr.

Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM
