Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the import process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and maximize our customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end ocean import process, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
- Communicate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment statuses, resolve any issues or delays, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.
- Supervise a team of import specialists to ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
- Entry level experience in international transportations or related role
- Entry level knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication on e-mail and over the phone.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite and excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Great sense of responsibility and willingness to learn. As well as great customer service capability.
