What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Atmiya Adult Daycare LLC?
Atmiya Adult Day Care is looking for individuals who will provide support to the administrator. You will given a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all tasks accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Bilingual in English & Gujarati or English & Korean is a MUST!
Responsibilities
- Assist with new client admissions and related services
- Monitor program attendance on a daily basis
- Assist the Administrator with all documentation and record-keeping as per State laws require
- Assisting with meal preparation, serving, feeding, and clean up, as needed
- Translate for clients, as needed
- Order supplies and maintain inventory, as needed
- Assist with Activity Groups, as needed
- Provide support to the Nursing staff, as needed
- Provides coverage for support staff, as assigned, as needed
- Transport clients to/from other location using day care vehicles, as needed
- Will perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by AADC management without giving up the right to the grievance process
