YOUR ROLE AS THE SHAREPOINT ANALYST

ATOLLO is seeking an experienced SharePoint Analyst to support the U.S. Navy customer's Knowledge Management (KM) system. The successful candidate will serve in support of our U.S. Navy customer's KM that involves the people, process, and culture that will enable technologies necessary to Capture, Manage, Share, and Find information. Our customer manages information sourced from multiple organizations that is critical to decision making within their 1,300 personnel organization. KM will enable the customer to transform large volumes of disparate information into useful knowledge assets that inform decision making and add value to the organization. The current customer knowledge environment is comprised of data storage capabilities including the Microsoft Office 365 suite that includes OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint in addition to legacy organizational shared drives.

This role requires attention to detail, strong research and analytical abilities, proficiency developing web parts and custom workflows, and strong communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels. Join a team that values problem-solvers and forward thinkers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SHAREPOINT ANALYST POSITION

To excel as the SharePoint Analyst, you must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Office SharePoint and its various platforms (five (5) years of experience is highly preferred). You should have a bachelor's degree in an IT field of study or equivalent work experience. You must be creative technically with excellent written and oral communication skills, possess exceptional presentation and reporting skills, and have a passion for creating and identifying solutions to the customer's problems.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION ARE

• Bachelor's degree in an IT field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with the Microsoft Office SharePoint, including recent experience using SharePoint platforms including:
• Intermediate SharePoint 2013 expertise
• Intermediate SharePoint 2016 expertise
• Intermediate MS Access expertise

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office SharePoint, including developing web parts and custom workflows.
• Technical creativity and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based environment.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of Office Products.
• Exceptional presentation and reporting skills
