AtomicKickboxing.com (AKB) is a fast-growing fitness brand a mission to “Develop people mentally spiritually and physically” . Our workout is high energy and great for both Body & Mind.

We are looking to expand our team with part-time. We need instructors who have high energy, positive/cheer leader attitude, comfortable to get on a mic and teach a fitness class. We need instructors who are committed and are willing to do a couple morning and couple evening shifts.

Kickboxing experience required. We will provide ongoing training.

Evening hours availability is a must. Only serious applicants apply with your resume and likely start date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach group kickboxing classes
• Coach, Inspire, Motivate & Encourage members to meet fitness goals.
• Delight members by providing 12/10 experience in every interaction
• Establish positive relationships and communication with members and employees.
• Sell Fitness Challenges
• 100% Execution of AKB process, class plans, systems and approaches
• Studio upkeep and cleanliness
• Participate in special events, fairs, community and B2B events to promote studio
• Achieve individual performance goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Energetic, Dynamic, inspires others and a people person.
• Enjoys helping people transform their lives through fitness
• Excellent communications (in person, phone, and email)
• Great at posting on social media
• High levels of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic
• Fast learner, autonomous, self-starter & embrace set vision and processes.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Evening hours availability and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Attend AKB Instructor Training and Sales Training

Experience:

• Group fitness teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
