Project Manager - (US Remote)

Job Description:

We're looking for a Project Manager with5 years of experience performing project management work as well as conducting analysis, gather essential data, ensure business data, compile into reports, which executive managers and stakeholders can use. The position requires the process of understanding, capturing, and analyzing business needs, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the PMO as well as a thorough understanding of project management.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze large data sets of quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights and create predictive models
• Extract, compile, and validate data, conducting analysis using standard analytic and/or data science tools and techniques
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Project, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs.
• Maintain automated reports and dashboards
• Create innovative, long-term automated solutions
• Assist with aspects of project management for medium size/complexity project (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking etc.).
• Manage work to achieve financial targets and timelines effectively.
• Coordinate analysis of changes to project plans, including unanticipated sub-projects and service improvement projects.
• Ensure effective internal and external communication within the teams.
• Develop project materials (presentations, audit reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
• Ensure that corporate and customer policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to, particularly in respect of quality and risk management.
