The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the reporting and analytics capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Their main objective is to ensure that accurate and timely data is available for decision-making and operational reporting. Managing Reporting Capabilities - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the reporting capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and management of reports, dashboards, and analytics. Data Analysis - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Report Creation - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for creating reports and dashboards that are user-friendly and provide accurate and timely information. Data Management - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that data quality is maintained. Team Management - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for managing a team of reporting analysts, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Communication - The ServiceNow Reporting Manager is responsible for communicating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and providing timely and accurate information.
