Technical Systems Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst to support our cross organizational business processes, and to optimize them using multiple information systems: Salesforce CRM (including Marketing Cloud) and NetSuite ERP.

Your responsibilities will include leading internal applications projects in a fast-paced global environment and supporting multiple units with on-going changes in their business processes. This position requires tight collaboration with various teams and vendors and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis system administration on a regular basis. You will work closely with various company departments such as marketing, sales, product, finance, and operations to understand their needs, design and implement solutions while providing top quality service.

Responsibilities:

· Hands-on business applications management including administration, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of multiple information systems, as well as their continuous improvement in the corporate domains.

· Work directly with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company to identify pain points, identify process improvements opportunities and push to create automation where appropriate.

· Create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and think through problems to make actionable recommendations.

· Business applications development, administration and maintenance to ensure continuous delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions and support of business needs.

· Support and train users on a current basis on how to work in the system and implement the company’s processes and procedures.

· Lead and implement cross-organizational information systems projects within all company departments, from planning to going live, and stabilization and administration.

· Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.

· Design and analyze various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.

· Work cross-departmentally and across geographies to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, systems engineering, business or a related field required. Master’s degree highly desirable.

· 5 years’ experience with information systems implementation.

· Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or salesforce CRM; Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage. System administration experience needed.

· Hands on experience with integration tool (Boomi for example) – big advantage

· Experience working across diverse IT areas

· Experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC): needs analysis, specifications documentation, testing and release cycle protocols, test scenarios/data/execution, project planning, and status reporting

· Experience delivering technology and workplace solutions in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical regulated environment with solid knowledge of relevant Quality/Regulatory standards (i.e., GDPR, CFR Part 11, etc.) – an advantage

· SQL experience a plus

· Ability to work with local and remote teams

Pay: $86,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
