We are looking for an Annuity Product Manager. The APM oversees annuity product menu including fixed, fixed index, RILA and variable annuity products and provides operational support for various fintech platforms used by financial professionals to support their annuity business.

Location: This position may be done HYBRID out of one the following home office locations:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you will do:
- Serve as chair of the Annuity and Insurance Product Review Committee including presenting products for approval, maintain due diligence records, meeting minutes, develop meeting agendas and facilitates meetings.
- Performs due diligence analysis of annuity products.
- Oversees development and maintenance of all annuities approved product lists including fixed, fixed index, registered index linked (RILA) and variable annuities.
- Identifies product sales/training material to incorporate with practice management group.
- Helps advisors with comparative analysis of various products.
- Ensures the representatives, sales assistants and program managers have the most current product information.
- Supports and promotes various fintech product support platforms used by financial professionals (e.g., electronic annuity order entry, annuity search and comparison tools, annuity rate tools, etc.).
- Assists with and promotes rollout of new product offerings.
- Assists with managing and supporting strategic partner and other product provider relationships.
- Serves as primary point of contact to resolve trading, compliance, or other operational issues with product partners. Escalates as necessary to manager.
- Provides product updates, quotes and sales materials including full responsibility of ensuring information is always kept current.
- Interfaces with financial professionals and investment programs on regular basis to answer questions and inquiries regarding annuity products offered.
- Ensures that Reps, program managers, sales assistants and home office staff consistently receive the highest level of product support.

- Equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years related financial services experience and/or training.
- FINRA Series 6 and/or 7
