This position is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager with the daily operations in the purchasing department.

This position is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager with the daily operations in the purchasing department.

- Expedite daily orders
- Analyzing, entering and updating purchasing-related information
- Provide helpdesk and departmental support
- Train on procurement software
- Managing and maintaining purchasing and contract files
- Assist with monitoring compliance with policy and procedures
- Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned
- Associate degree in Business or Accounting is preferred
- Background in accounting and invoice adjudication; preferred
- Solid knowledge of MS
- Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and be well organized
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
