Position Overview:
The Contract Manager at Atrium will work alongside the Contract Administrator to support the preparation, negotiation, and evaluation of diverse client contracts on behalf of Atrium. Bringing 4-7 years of experience with them, the person in this role will excel in reviewing contract terms, highlighting renewal deadlines, and tracking communications exchanged between Atrium and our staffing clients. A successful Contract Manager will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the capability to identify potential risks for our organization. Employment law is preferred, staffing is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
- Drafts, reviews, updates, and negotiates staffing client contracts
- Provide continuing support on executed agreements (amendments, extensions, and terminations)
- Explain terms and conditions to interested parties
- Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate within the legal department as needed
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
- Track, maintain, and update contract information in various systems and tracking tools to ensure accuracy as applicable
- Create language standards for existing and new contracts
- Archive contracts into CMT Administer credit checks
- Generate standard AMS agreements
- Ensure WBENC compliance
- Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualifications for the Contract Manager:
- 4-7 years of proven work experience in Contract Administration
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Experience within the staffing industry is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or another related field Paralegal certification is preferred
