Overview
The individual will be trained to answer customer service calls and web requests for the corporate and branch offices. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, and providing basic administrative assistance.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
