Instructional Assistant (IA)
POSITION SUMMARY: The Instructional Assistant (IA) will work with students one-on-one in their homes, communities, and school environments. The IA will be fully trained to use support methods, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), social guidance, emotional supports, and instructional support. The IA will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with team members to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

- Implement student’s behavior plan throughout the school day and across other non-school settings as indicated.
- Assist student to meet superior educational and behavioral benchmarks.
- Monitor and collect data to identify areas of concern.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including school and behavioral personnel.
- Maintain open and continuous communication with Attain ABA administrative staff.

Participate in meetings and training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 Years Post-Secondary education required.
- 1-2 years experience working with children with special needs preferred.
- Must excel as a team member, demonstrate flexibility, and have the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and electronic billing systems.
- Available during typical school hours (8 AM-4 PM).
