AttainX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Your expertise in visual design, combined with your strong customer service skills, will contribute to creating seamless and delightful user experiences. If you are passionate about UI/UX design, possess a deep understanding of scrum development, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to create engaging and user-friendly designs that meet both user needs and business goals, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, psychology, design, human-computer interaction, or a related area of study.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a UI/UX Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and collaborating within the platform.
• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Proficiency in scrum development methodologies and an ability to work effectively within an Agile development team.
• Experience gathering user feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working independently and taking initiative.
• Security Clearance – must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI/UX documentation to ensure design consistency and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our digital products.
• Drive continuous improvement in UI/UX processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
