AttainX is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Specialist to join our team. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development, combined with your strong customer service skills, will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences. If you have 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Specialist and possess a deep understanding of scrum development, JavaScript, user testing, data visualization tools like Tableau and OBIEE, and UiPath technology, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related area of study.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience as a UI/UX Specialist, preferably in a fast-pasted and dynamic environment.
- Must have front-end and back-end development skills, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in a scrum development environment, collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting user needs and expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting user testing and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and OBIEE, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly data visualizations.
- Knowledge of UiPath technology and its application in designing user interfaces for robotic process automation (RPA) workflows.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working independently and taking initiative.
- Security Clearance – must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Conduct user testing sessions, gather insights, and iterate on design based on user feedback and usability best practices.
- Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Design and create visually appealing data visualizations using tools like Tableau and OBIEE, effectively communicating complex information to users.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our digital products.
- Collaborate with UiPath developers to design user interfaces that optimize user experiences for robotic process automation (RPA) workflows.
- Continuously improve and refine UI/UX processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
