Job Description:
Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Following all company and safety procedures.
Ensuring quality work is done before moving on.
Showing great attention to the details, as it is important that we clean each car thoroughly.
Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations, or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
Helping Manage inventory and reordering supplies.
Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
Completing all jobs to quality, on a daily basis.
Most important of all is that you are honest, show high integrity, and can be trusted to do and complete the jobs in front of you.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail: You must pay high attention to detail to catch small cosmetic imperfections that can be properly cleaned and removed, and ensure all work is done properly, we say again all areas must be cleaned properly because doing it right the first time will save time, and having to catch mistakes, and go over the same work waste time.
Teamwork/Interpersonal skills: You must be able to work by yourself and as part of a team.
Communication skills: You must have good communication skills.
Day-to-Day Activities of the Position:
To make sure all vehicles are completed on time.
To make sure all work areas are clean at all times, and at the end of each shift.
Experience:
All cleaners and support staff must have experience in cleaning.
All jobs must be done right the first time.
We require all Detailers to provide quality attention to the details in getting all jobs done, nothing can be missed, and time cannot be wasted going over jobs already completed.
