Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Working closely with CMO, develop, implement and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth through referral programs and distribution partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential distribution partners and strategic alliances to expand our market reach.
- Design and implement a referral program that incentivizes partners to refer new business opportunities to ATTOM Data Solutions.
- Oversee management of ATTOM’s data marketplace, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization as needed
- Building quarterly and annual plans, forecasts and playbooks for how to drive pipeline from ATTOM’s partnerships
- Mapping out, testing, and proving a lead gen playbook end to end; Spearhead integrated campaigns to move partners through the lead gen funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing team to design and execute marketing initiatives that promote the partnership and drive user adoption and engagement
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success.
- Ensure that all partnerships initiatives are executed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent ATTOM Data Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and partnership programs.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor’s in business, marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles within the data licensing or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing referral programs and distribution partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve partnership goals.
- Ability to build revenue/pipeline plans and forecasts
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools is a plus.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
