We are requiring a minimum of 3 years of immigration experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
* Meet with clients to review and prepare immigration applications;
* Prepare briefs and other relevant writing assignments;
* Attend immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews:
- Family-based Petitions/AOS
- Naturalization
- Asylum
- Cancellation of Removal
