Attwoods Appliances is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to monitor the finances of our growing company. On a daily basis, you will record all financial transactions into the correct general ledger and verify that they are accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, filing, completing required tax forms, and generating regular reports for upper management. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years.

Duties:
· Maintains Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, invoicing, banking, and filing.
· Maintains general ledger accounts by monitoring account preparation, entering amortizations of prepaid accounts.
· Summarizes current financial status by analyzing general ledger accounts, compiling, and submitting financial
statements.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Provides financial information by answering accounting procedure questions, researching, and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
