Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time

Job Overview:

BCBAABAS is a new, small, Autistic-owned local company. The position may be perfect for a BCBA interested in picking up a couple of clients part-time in Pinal County, who wishes to use, or develop, their skills with therapeutic alliance, compassionate care, ACT, and HMA. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with a small and personable team.

Duties:

- Assessments (PEAK, ABLLS-R, PFA/IISCA, ACTr)

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

- Oversight and training for Behavior Technicians providing behavioral therapy services

- Monitor and evaluate progress, making adjustments to objectives and treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Provide guidance, training, and support to caregivers, assisting them in implementing behavior management strategies

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Master's degree required

- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
