Atwoods a fast growing farm & home retailer seeks Assistant Manager for our Monticello Arkansas location! Candidates will need excellent customers skills, a positive can-do spirit and big box retail experience. Preferred experience in: retail management, supervision, sales, material movement, forklift, merchandising, inventory receiving and safety. This safety sensitive position require that you be able to pass a forklift certification test and operate a forklift. Safety footwear is required. Ag experience a plus. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Material Movers: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver license (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
