Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Starting Pay: $15.00/hr, Full-time
Shift: 1st (7:00am - 3:00 pm)
Position Responsibilities: Assure product is shipped daily according to checklists. Assist with Dock Audits as needed. Unload trucks as they arrive. Receive in all material/items per written procedures.
Reports to: Product Manager
Skills Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be detail oriented and possess good math skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have a chauffeur's license and Hi-Lo license or be able to obtain them. Must have a good attendance record and excellent driving record. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
At least 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
Primary Duties:
Ship product daily per checklists
Prepare necessary paperwork to accompany shipments
Call for transportation according to checklist instructions
Load and unload trucks as they arrive
Receive in material per written procedures
Keep shipping/receiving area neat and organized
Adherence to ISO [Quality and Environmental] procedures, policies, and work instructions
