Material Handler/Inventory Specialist

Two years of experience or more in warehouse, stockroom or inventory control position(s).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Forklift Operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program is required within the first 60 days of employment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Sound knowledge of fundamental material handling processes as applicable including customer order fulfillment activities & packaging, inventory control and disposition, supply documentation, data and transactional management, material distribution and/or delivery, warehouse or stockroom control techniques, and cycle or physical counting.
- Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast paced, constantly changing and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to effectively to questions from managers and employees.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts with respect to job-related situations.
- Ability to handle interruptions and maintain focus.
- Experience working with an RF Gun preferred.
- Reliable and flexible to work additional hours on short notice to complete orders and/or special projects to meet customer demands.
- A team player that can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- 1st Shift - 6:00 am- 2:30pm
- 8 hour shift
- Full-time, TTH
- Monday to Friday
