Immediate Start for Skilled Painter - Interior and Exterior
Are you a talented painter seeking an exciting opportunity? We are currently looking for a skilled painter to join our team for a one-month project involving both interior and exterior painting. If you have experience working on residential properties and can handle heights up to 8 feet, we want to hear from you!
Job Details:
- Position: Painter (Interior and Exterior)
- Project Duration: One month (immediate start)
- Work Environment: Residential properties
- Maximum Climbing Height: 8 feet
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks as needed
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate equipment for working at heights
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a painter, ideally working on residential projects
- Proficient in both interior and exterior painting techniques
- Comfortable working at heights up to 8 feet
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation:
- Pay: $18-21 per hour (based on experience and skills)
