Commercial Property client in Temecula looking for an Assistant Property Manager.
**Must have Commercial property management experience**
Job Duties:
Lease Administration, Tenant Improvements/Sign Approval, Accounting, Property Owners Associations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as an assistant commercial property manager
- CA DRE license preferred
- Computer skills: Proficient in word, excel and adobe sign.
- Knowledge of Yardi and AIR CRE Contracts a plus
- Typing 50-60 WPM
Pay range-$45,000-50,000
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
