Job Summary
Assists Biggio Center Testing Services with the administration and proctoring of tests offered in the testing center.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being:
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being:
- Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
- Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads
- Assistance with special projects
- Seasonal work
- Emergencies

Essential Functions
- Administering and proctoring tests by following guidelines and standards.
- Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of all tests, testing procedures, and student information.
- Works collaboratively with others to accomplish functions and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
- Stand for a minimum of two hours.
Expectations:
- Strict attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be able to communicate with a diverse population including students, community test takers, faculty, staff, and test vendor representatives.
- General computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic computer network problems.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older before May 1st
