Overview
The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for Audacy’s growth marketing and retention efforts. S/he will be responsible for development of lifecycle marketing in-app and email campaigns including winback, onboarding, and at-risk communications. The candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and will work closely with Business Analytics, Product and Growth Marketing teams to deliver campaigns to encourage more users to listen in the Audacy app, as well as to drive high value actions associated with retention & longer listening. S/he is a constantly curious professional that enjoys both digging into data to uncover user truths and demonstrating successes via a test-driven marketing approach.
The anticipated starting salary range for NYC-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000-60,000
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Building retention and lifecycle campaigns in Braze using connected content and liquid logic to personalize messages based on user behaviors and/or attributes
- Creating audience segments with both Braze and Amplitude
- Analyze lifecycle campaign performance in Braze and Amplitude
- Monitor lifecycle and retention project status and completion in JIRA
- Collaborating on campaign creation with product, marketing, and business analytics teams
- Implementing lifecycle marketing and retention campaigns across push, in app, and email channels

- Experience programing on HTML, CSS, Java Script (key competency: understanding If-then conditional statements and for loops)
- Ability to understand business requirements and transform it into actionable items
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Must be able to communicate effectively with marketing and product teams
- Must be results driven with an excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative problem-solver who works well as part of a team
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines.
