Audacy, Inc. is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Corporate Financial Operations Team.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Manage and support the close of subledgers with Business Process Outsourcing partner and market business office
- Maintain appropriate accounting supporting documents for the markets
- Perform and review account reconciliations
- Perform and review journal entries
- Provide support in the development and streamlining of a standard close process
- Escalate issues with supporting explanations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and technology enablers
- Assess compliance with internal customer Service Level Agreements (e.g., timeliness, quality, productivity)
Qualifications
More About You:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Understanding and knowledge of US GAAP
- 3 years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience interfacing with internal/external customers
- Experience in process improvement activities
- Experience in the financial reporting close process
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite applications, with high degree of proficiency in Excel
- Accuracy and Attention Detail
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
