Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for experienced Service Consultants who will deliver exceptional customer service and who values the importance of being a team player. Only candidates with dealership and /or independent experience will be considered.

Requirements

The Ideal Service Consultant Will Have:

· MUST have at least 3 years experience as a service consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility

· Knowledge of CDK software preferred

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers and high CSI

· Strong multi-tasking and organization skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Verifiable work history

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Strong verbal - communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Automotive Service advisor at dealership or independant: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• NYS DRIVERS LICENSE (Preferred)

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
