Summary:
We are looking for a part-time Valet Drivers whose main responsibility is the pickup and delivery of our customers vehicles.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with service department in the arrangements of pickup and delivery
- Answer basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
- Place protective plastic on seat and paper mats on the floor of all vehicles
- Keep track of vehicles and keys organized for easy quick retrieval
- Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry
- A clean and valid drivers license is REQUIRED
- Must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
- Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Professional appearance is necessary
- Must be willing to submit and pass a drug test and background check
