Job Summary:
  • Work from plans to create Lutron Lighting System Designs and Estimates.
  • Lead team of programmers and component installers.
  • Manage required inventory.
  • Track multiple simultaneous projects in progress.

Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. 
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply “best practices” theory
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent computer expertise
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for system from design phase through final installation and programming.
  • Advanced troubleshooting of systems integration.
  • Networking/data system knowledge, setup and troubleshooting.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years Lutron Homeworks Experience
  • Experience with other lighting systems and control systems is a plus
