AV Sales and Project Manager

CEO for anything HR, scheduling, payroll, and financial related
Positions Ultimate Goal:
The Sales Engineer primary goal is to generate sales through building client relationships, existing clients, identifying opportunities and closing sales deals. This person is responsible for the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Sales:
· Build New Relationships with Corporate Clients
· Build New Relationships with Government Agencies/projects
· Maintain and Grow Existing Relationships
· Review and Confirm all Quotes will be profitable
· Pick up the phone for each incoming call unless it is clearly a solicitation
· Return calls and emails within 24 hours
· Conduct on-site visits and walkthroughs to assess client needs and propose appropriate audio-visual and acoustical treatment solutions
· Present product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to clients
· Collaborate with the team to develop proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. (See Sales Goals addendum)
Project Management:
· Build designs and quotes
· Purchase products needed for the job
· Schedule installers for projects
· Keep all projects on time
· Foresee and plan for any delays
· Keep clients up-to-date
· Communicate with the owners about needs and ideas for adjusting the team or bringing in outside resources per project.
Proficiency in:
· Verbal and written communication
· Working as a team
· Heavy use of Zoho CRM, Jetbuilt, Google Workplace, Zoom, Eventbrite and RingCentral integration
· XTEN-AV Designing App and Bosch Measuring Tools Platform or similar
· Daily use of Mac OS laptop
Common Daily Tasks:
· Take inbound calls from the office and online requests for Commercial AV & Acoustic sales and installations, including outside sales with contractors and local businesses, plus larger government accounts.
· Travel will be required mostly via company-provided vehicle, primarily in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
· This is not a remote position, you will be required to stay close to the office for project management, designs, and customer service tasks with the on-site team.
· Data Entry: Using our Comprehensive CRM and quoting system you will be required to input all contacts as they come in, stay organized, work with customers and the team to manage every project, and schedule the timelines from start to finish. A detailed process will be given to you to follow.
· Capturing new customers and responding to existing ones promptly is key.
· This position is a customer-facing position, meaning you will be the first person they meet and the last one when the job is finished.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
