Audio-Visual Manager/Technician for In-House Hotel Account in the Tampa Bay area. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years prior Hotel AV Experience. Strong customer service skills are mandatory. To qualify, candidates must be well versed in all aspects of Hospitality Industry Level Audio Visual Equipment. This includes selling, quoting, setting, operating, striking, billing. Typically, this equipment includes, but is not limited to; Sound Reinforcement, Lighting, Projection, Audio, Computer/Interfacing, Video, IT Networking and Virtual/Hybrid Meeting knowledge. Proficient written, verbal, and overall solid communication skills are also required. The AV Manager is responsible for contacting all hotel customers, guiding them through their Technology options, and sending out accurate quotes and invoices in a timely manner. Organizational and computer skills are required. Only select, qualified candidates who meet this specific criterion will be considered for the position.
