Tito's Playland Game Room inside Plaza Mariachi is seeking an experienced game room repair technician. Tito's Playland prides itself in creating smiles in a safe fun environment for all ages.
If you are great at repairing games, maintaining video games working and troubleshooting all while having great customer service, we are looking for you!
What will the game room repair technician be doing?
- Maintain and repair arcade gaming machines and other amusement equipment.
- Inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting any malfunctions, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and ensuring that the machines are in good working condition.
- Reset game settings, monitor game operations, and keep records of maintenance activities.
- Oversee and be responsible of all of the arcade games and soft play area.
- Know how to operate and be willing to train guests and employees of all of the games including pinball machines, video games, redemption games, etc.
- Must have excellent customer service, explain game rules, and answer any questions customers may have.
- All positions are to sell game cards, offer redemption prizes and maintain a clean game room.
- Maintain a focused, energetic and friendly attitude
- Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
- Work as a team player and contribute to the success of the company
- Display excellent communication skills
Position is for an experienced repair technician. Part time and full time available.
