We are looking for an Event Registration Manager. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized and self-driven. They enjoy and thrive in fast-paced environments where they can work on several different projects in tandem. They should also have excellent communication and computer skills.
The Event Registration Manager collaborates with other account team members to create memorable experiences. They will own the registration experience for event attendees from start to finish, including registration site development (in collaboration with our digital team), registration launch, reporting, profile updates, and attendee communication throughout. As they develop and execute registration, they will provide progress updates to fellow account team members and clients, ensuring timelines stay on track. They will also perform administrative tasks crucial to the success of each project such as crosschecking, data transfer and shipping. For select projects, the Event Registration Manager will then travel onsite for event execution. Accuracy and quality of work throughout is essential.
You'll spend your days on the following:
- Participate in client discovery and develop meetings to identify event goals.
- Spearhead event registration website and mobile app develop including content compilation, digital team direction, report set-up, and testing and proofing.
- Provide consistent project updates to account team members and clients, with clear outlining of needs.
- Act as main point of contact to all event attendees, with timely responses via phone and email.
- Manage event database including data entry, proofing, and pulling reports.
- Compose, proof, and edit marketing and communication materials.
- Perform administrative tasks such as cross-checking reports, printing, and shipping.
- Take active role in client calls and meetings by taking notes and providing call recaps.
- Take active role onsite for event execution (approximately 25% of the year) long days with multiple moving parts that need to be closely managed. Consistent communication, facilitation, adaptability and problem solving are crucial.
- Take active role in staff and team meetings.
- Energetically represent Augeo Experience's brand in the community, in the industry, amongst prospective and current clients and internally.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 3-5 years experience in event planning, with preferred experience in attendee registration.
- Experience in registration platforms, specifically Cvent, is desirable.
- Multi-tasker with ability to prioritize and time manage
- Organized and exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter and resourceful
- Able to take direction from and work with many different personalities

- Flexible and optimistic
- Excellent computer skills (Excel and Word proficiency required)

Salary : $53,300 - $67,400
