Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to executives, focusing on leadership development, performance improvement, and career growth.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear, actionable goals and develop personalized coaching plans to achieve them.
- Use various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Help executives develop key leadership skills, such as communication, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
- Track clients' progress towards their goals, adjusting coaching strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC) are highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills, proficiency in coaching techniques and assessment tools, excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Empathetic, results-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
